The first experience here was with my first son and it was pleasurable. His treatment felt important and received all the care he needed. My second son was also seen here for awhile. No issues except for one staff member who was kinda rude a lot. I think she has since moved on. At some point, my third son needed to be seen and I was told the company was no longer taking our current insurance. My daughter got a retainer and it broke after being fixed a couple of times.(she was 7) We tried to go back a year later for braces and they told me my daughter was discharged from the practice for being non compliant. Then proceeded to tell me that they no longer took her insurance and that she would never be seen there again. I was shocked. They stopped taking her insurance and then made up a story of her being non compliant. Staff was completely rude and did not care. Horrible practice that don't care about their patients
Room my daughter was brought into was dirty(floor not vacuumed)looked like a mouse chewed up wood all over the floor.,The light overhead was broken(half of it wasn't working) they didn't have a light below to look in my daughters mouth. The tech who my daughter saw before the doctor was very nice,The lady at the front desk was rude and had an attitude from the very moment I walked into the building.

Excellent experience. Staff professional and friendly. Office is pristine. Dr. Murray explains all and works carefully and quickly. I’m there for braces. Techs are excellent and stellar appearance. Patient, kind answering or explaining what they must do hundreds times a week and treat me respectfully as an individual. I trust this office and staff . I go to Sanford office . Thank you.
