After destroying my major pectoral tendon Dr McLean and the team at Eastwood have been excellent. I have been given the best chance of recovering.
Surgery was great but admin are woeful. Turns out after 3 months they hadn’t successfully submitted to Medicare and their system is incapable of fixing the problem. Been out of pocket for months and it’s now up to us to fix the problem. They’ve effectively washed their hands of it.
I came to Dr. McLean after seeing another surgeon. Dr. McLean provided me with the required information that I needed to validate the procedure and the time to consider the pathaway to be taken after 2 previous wrist surgeries and years of pain.
