Had a compressed disc in lower lumbar and after sitting down with James and talking about an action plan, I feel 100% better! He gave me some stretches to do in my own time and we did an adjustment once a week where he listened to my updates and scanned my back to see what I really needed. Helped a lot and was very kind and honest throughout the entire process!
I struggled with back issues for most of my adult life. Dr. Matthews was able to dramatically improve on my condition over the course of several months working with me.
Great demeanor, friendly, thoughtful and thorough. His office was clean and professional. I will be going back!
