Was contacted by office about 2022 bill. No previous contacts. Couldn't get detailed info on bill because they're new and new system. Off manager never called back. Paid bill. Lost 20+ yrs customers. Unprofessional!
Dr Martin is a very nice dentist and did good work on my teeth. After 2 and a half years I complained about having to wait an hour without any communication from the staff. That was on 9/11 and I’ve still not received any treatment plan after a half dozen emails and calls to get that. Carolyn is a nasty office manager who doesn’t care about people. I understand emergencies delay things but to be black balled for bringing it to there attention is crazy.
Had a great first experience at the office , was contacted prior and office staff made sure insurance was updated correctly. Was brought back promptly after finishing my paperwork . Brianna was extremely kind and explained everything thoroughly . Dr Martin went over everything and made sure all my questions were answered , highly recommend. At the end of my visit office staff was very accommodating for time of future appointments and explaining estimated costs. Thank you so much!
Dr. Martin is very good, kind and compassionate but the front office staff are very rude, unprofessional and harassing. It's a shame for Dr Martin's business and he probably isn't even aware of it and how his staff has given him a 1 star rating.
Bad business don’t waste your time go elsewhere they kept canceling and trying to reschedule my appointments and the front desk worker Carolyn very smart mouth and rude.
