I had my first root cancel at 10 years old. That set a life time of fear of Denist. Dr Jami Shepler has taken that fear away. I have had so many root canels and other work done. The team Dr.Shepler has put together is more then outstanding. They are well educated in their trade. Dr Shepler is a angle dentist on earth.He is compassionate and gentle.He explained my treatments and what I needed to have done. I have never ever had any pain in any of the treatments he has done. Great staff but terrible billing system. I have been sent 30 day, 60 day and 90day notices in the same day in the same envelope. For bills I've already paid. I have called them to ask and they can clearly see I have paid the bills. I just got a call today saying that the way they told me to pay confused them, so they need me to send them more information and re pay them because it messed up in their system.

A moment ago I have been going to this dentist for years and until recently I would NEVER go back. I had an appointment however was unable to make that appointment as instructed I called to cancel and was given another appointment months later. I asked to be placed on the list if an appointment opens up sooner. I received a call 2 weeks later that a sooner appointment opened up. I took that appointment. My family dentist referred me to Miller Oral surgeon. From the first time my experience was good. Front desk associate were very nice. Had removed impacted 4 wisdom teeth. 3 of them were easy going and healed on time. 1 of the teeth had dry socket and gave me follow up appointments until it’s healed. So overall good experience with this surgeon.

I have been a patient at this location for a year… yes the staff is very friendly I will give them a 5 star rating on that but I’m not coming to the dentist to just get friendly service. My complaint is I had to have 2 crowns. They were NOT done by the same person and yet I have issues with both of them and they are NOT fixing the problem.. I have called several times to address the issues, they make an appt they look at it and tell me to followup in a couple weeks after 5 times you would think it would be fixed by now. I... read more

The best! So my crown pooped off around 1:30pm. Called Frankel Dentistry expecting to get on the next morning - to my surprise they got me in at 2:30 same day and by 4:00pm I was walking out with my tooth in and a big smile on my face! Thanks to the entire staff!

I have been a patient at this dentist office for years. I needed an emergency appointment on a Friday. My front tooth cracked and Gina fit me in that morning. When I arrived everyone was so accommodating. After filling out a questionnaire and a quick temp check for Covid Maura took me in and attended to me right away. I don't know why all the bad reviews but i thought it was a nice place and the surgeon was very good, the best i ever had i got 3 teeth taken out and felt very little pain during the procedure. I def will come back to him

Staff and doctors are caring and professional. My appointment is never rushed, and they take the time to answer all of my questions. I'm a nervous person by nature, and the doctors always make me feel comfortable and unafraid.
