My husband & I have been patients at Van Buren Dental for 20 years & have always received outstanding care & service from the employees. Starting from the top with Dr. Jamie Shepler who is the absolute best Dentist ever & expecting the same from his staff, their goal is to consistently provide care, compassion, quality treatment & excellent customer satisfaction and they do! Absolutely the best dentist. He is 100% honest and will tell you what really needs to be done, unlike other dentists who are just in it for the money. He is a true physician.
I saw Dr. Shepler today for the first time. From check in to check out it was a great experience. Connie at the front was the sweetest. The dental assistant (she works for his dad and I can’t remember her name) was fantastic. Dr. Shepler put my anxiety at ease with his calm demeanor. I think I’ve finally found my dental office!
Dr. Jamie Shepler has been my dentist for over ten years and he is an expert in his field. Jamie’s bedside manner along with his wonderful staff provides the best customer service in dentistry. Chelcee, my hygienist and Heather who is behind the front desk, were prompt, knowledgeable and first rate people during my visit. I have referred many people to Dr. Jamie Shepler and I will continue to do so.
