HORRIBLE DOCTOR HORRIBLE DOCTOR. Totally respect time but I was checked in early. Had two appointments the same day and was seen first. By the time we finished my son had his appointment next and the doctor refused to see us. What a joke after waiting months of this appointment and clearly he has issues. Definitely not a good look and hope he has the day he deserves!
Visited Dr Pinero to establish as new client after my GP retired, & also to help me wean tranquilizers after a life altering, permanently disabling -MVA.

I have been using Dr Pineno for years now and I have never had such an amazing doctor. My health condition requires some same day attention and he has always worked me in. His diagnosis of events has been right on. His referrals have been right on when needed. I call him my gift from heaven.
Dr Pineno is efficient, kind, attentive, approachable, concerned for your cost. I am 58 years old have lived in 7 different cities. Dr. Pineno is by far my best physician.
dr pineno is very thorough and has very good judgement. he always gives me enough time to understand and address all my concerns. i would definitely recommend him. his office is also very conveniently located on east manatee for me.
The nurse at this office entered my medications incorrectly as a new patient so when it was time to get refills, they prescribed the wrong medication. They did not want to admit their mistake and blamed it on me. The office manager then discharged me from the practice because I let her know that the medical practice that I work in would have bent over backward to help our patients and make things right. This is not a very customer service oriented office.
Honest, caring, explains things very well. We are extremely satisfied. Nurse is very helpful, office staff is courteous and prompt. Needed same day appointment and he was off that day, but the staff shuffled schedule around and one actually took me in on her lunch hour. I highly recommend! ;
