Overall I was satisfied with visit, however, I was disappointed in pre-registration process and was at office a lot longer than expected. Arrived for 9:30 audio test and left at 11:20. I pre registered through the Klara system which was confusing. First go to one link, then that says install app, then go to app to register. I complete that. Then I get to office for audio test and have to fill out several more forms and show new insurance card and pay. It's 9:45 before I get to audiologist. Very pleased with Dr. Hartman. He is an excellent doctor who listens to his patients and makes sure you get the best care possible. His nurses and staff are knowledgeable, helpful and wonderful as well. Highly recommend going to see Dr.Hartman.
Spent 15. Minutes with Lauren. I had 3 questions regarding how the iPhone worked with Earlenes. She answered all 3 expertly and had a quick fix for one. She is a real asset in the group. A keeper.
