Dr. Hartman is caring, he listened to me, considered my feelings and concerns and is approaching treatment according to how I feel without mincing words or cutting corners. I so appreciate his approach and wisdom
Great experience with Dr. Hartman. 1st time patient. First time ever going to an ENT. Nice, big office. Easy parking. Busy, so lengthy wait, but no problem. Receptionist were all nice, as were his nurses. Dr. Hartman was a nice guy, spending time going over things. I decided to do a hearing test as well, as they fit me in. All in all, highly recommended.
Professional, discussed the treatment plan options with me and we made a plan Together. A+. Waiting on CT scheduling
Wonderful experience! Everyone is so nice! Dr Hartman listened to all my concerns. Checked my ears, throat and sinuses and reviewed all of my test results. He explained everything in easy to understand language and came up with a plan which he also explained thoroughly. Highly recommend!
