Dr Hartman takes his time with answering questions and making sure you understand the answers. He doesn't make the appointment feel rushed...great bedside manner!
Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Hartman was very thorough and addressed my concerns with practical treatment solutions. I felt I had his full attention during the appointment and was very comfortable asking questions. If you are having any ENT issues, Dr. Hartman comes highky recommended.
I was assigned Dr. Hartman by a oral surgeon who biopsied a tumor inside my mouth on my cheek. From the very first visit I knew I was seeing a very caring and skilled practitioner. Dr. Hartman is a great communicator who has excellent 'bedside' manners yet tells it like it is. Dr. ecsized lymph nodes where the cancer had metastisized in my neck where he had to deal with circulatory vessels, nerves, muscles and connective tissues in a very small area.
