I visited USHP Medical Svs. in order to obtain a civil surgeons packet for Immigration purposes. I visited the office in Bear DE on the 11th May 2018. The prior communications were handled by Felicia and she forwarded me all the information I needed and forms that required attention before my appointment. Dr Lewis was very friendly and polite, got all my paperwork done quickly, I basically had nothing to worry about. I happened to return to dr Lewis because my case was taking so long that the result of medical examination have expired, and when I called him more than a year later to schedule a new appointment he remembred exactly who I was.

I had an immigration physical with this doctor. the whole process took less than ten minutes. He measured my temperature and blood pressure, and didn't really do anything else, didn't even look through all the paperwork I brought. He also talked to me like I was a five-year-old. If you can go to a different doctor, don't go to dr James Lewis.
