Dr. James Lee is exceptionally methodical and knowledgeable, with genuine care for his patients’ pain and well-being. He is conscientious and very approachable. I am truly grateful for his care.
They send you the bill when you paid everything for visit and said they dont know why Im getting the bill. They gave billing department number which cant be reached. I dont know how this doctor still in practice with all these negative reviews.
Went to Dr Lee, on 4-18-2024, from the Referral from Pacific Urgent Care in Fullerton, Do Not Go to This Doctor, went for a work injury. He is Extremely Rude, Told me to "Learn To Live with it" & rushed me out of his office. He also sent me to Collection for Non Payment & His Office Staff continued to Call Me & E-Mail me for Payment, its illegal, what he did, as its a Work Comp Case & it finally Stopped
I didn’t like his “atti” nor his lack of professionalism w me. A cpl of his staff also lacked the same. However there ARE a few Staff, that were GREAT👍👍❣️ Have NOT— gone back nor, will I EVER!! UPDATED 7/3/25. I WISH- I NEVER EVER- saw this man!! He has RUINED- my bottom lip for THE REST OF MY LIFE!!😓👎😖 It CONTINUOUSLY, is in pain… stings, hurts, w/needling pain consistently!!
