Extremely unprofessional was in the ER for an urgent matter and the ER provider spoke to this dr about my case and he told him he would get me in the next couple days I call today and was told doesn’t matter he won’t see me until December just unethical and unprofessional

I wish I read the comments before I booked my appointment. This office is out to gouge patients. Very unprofessional staff, very rude, except with the two medical assistants who were conducting the actual hearing test. Even with full ppo insurance, they billed me $30 co-pay, $250 to see the doctor for six minutes, another $250 to take the hearing test which was the original reason for my visit and then wanted to charge me $50 for a microscope that the doctor used during his six minute visit while he did not inform me that he... read more

If I could do less than one star, I would. I did not get past a phone call, and the gal asked me to cover $250 of a $500 health deductible up front, even though we have covered it, and then asked me for $150 for a scope. I have a good PPO, have been using it for a few months, and no one has asked for this. I see why the bad reviews.

Dr. James Lee is exceptionally methodical and knowledgeable, with genuine care for his patients’ pain and well-being. He is conscientious and very approachable. I am truly grateful for his care.
