Carmen was incredibly informative and reassuring in the initial process.
I have no issue with the quality of work Watson's does and for this reason I have stuck with them for 10 years. Recently I have noticed their pricing has gone through the roof. As a contractor I know plumbers are not cheap but charging through the nose for simple repairs that take no time isn't a good business practice. I have also been double billed 4 times in the past 3 years and their accounting and administrative process is haphazard at best. Dwayne and his partner are excellent! These two are very respectful, patient, caring and understanding, they both do professional work. They did a wonderful job replacing a pipe in the apartment above me in NYCHA that was causing a leak in my apartment. I would recommend these two any time!
