Honestly wish I never had my ablation done with him. I’ve never experienced so many issues with my condition until my ablation, and life has honestly been hard. The symptoms sometimes become unbearable, I can’t do anything I once could do. My condition already had me limited, but now I can go up stairs or talk with out trying to slow my heart rate down. Took great care of my Dad and another friend. Great guy, good "bedside/chairside" manner. Thank you Dr Strickland and all your techs and nurses. Good job! Sissy
Dr. Strickland was very nice and explained my issues but that was the end of good service. His staff doesn't keep on top of things. Sometimes it takes days to het a phone call through. When I asked for a referral for a procedure he recommended I was told go find someone. They recommended and sent me a heart monitor and I have been waiting for almost 2 months for results after they already received them.
Dr. Strickland spent a very long time explaining options and scenarios with my private duty patient. I was thoroughly impressed with his level of detail and bedside manner. If I had an arrhythmia issue Dr. Strickland would be my first appointment.
Quality of follow-up, response times and caring has gone way south. There appears to be no quality control whatsoever. While Dr. Strickland may still be a leader in his field, trust is gone now and the relationship broken. 8 weeks without results, no follow-up, changing story on who was to do what. We are done here. Last two visits will be 1 to sign release and another needed to pick up files, apparently. Business and success must have gotten in the way of quality care. Sad.
