Dr. Russel is worst and most rude doctor I have ever met. He needs to be knocked back down to his level and stop acting like hes better than everyone else. I've always chose to go to Baptist er in Fort Smith Ar but will definitely chose Mercy from now on. He acts like the patient is dumb and literally laughs at your face. If I could give him a negative I would and I'll for sure be putting in a complaint with the hospital. Felt like a interrogation more than a helping and caring doctor. I want to begin by acknowledging that Dr. Russell came across as kind and calm during my ER visit, and I believe he was doing his best with the knowledge and training he had. However, I am writing this review not as an attack, but as a trauma-informed expression of concern and lived experience that I hope will support systemic learning and future patient safety. Very rude. Doesn't listen to the patient or check on vital information. The only reason I gave him 2 stars because he did at least monitor me before sending me home but he really deserves 1.
