They never answer their phones even when there’s 5 people sitting in the office. You have to call multiple multiple times to get an answer. They’re also really bad at getting back to you with lab results, and even messed up one of my lab results and have to go back to test. They are friendly, but very slow and lazy.

Dr Ray was my daddy’s & mom doctor for many years and mine also. His staff is always so kind. And Dr Ray was my hero. Great dr. I need to go see them. Haven’t seen them in years since I got married and moved
