The billing department at this facility is horrible I've been calling on a bill for 5 months now I've asked for a copy of the claim and was told OK I could get that and never received it. The billing department is rude. I would never visit this emergency room again. I would go to Beaumount where the billing department is more knowledgeable and understanding. NO MORE HENRY FORD FOR ME!!!!!!!
