ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE !!! Went in for a follow up from urgent care for a breast mass, which I had already began medication that was successful. I just needed to be seen and put on a longer, Tapering course of medications. So I literally GAVE him the answer, which he insisted I should get surgery.... Which turned out to to be MULTIPLE surgeries and incisions, scarring, a ton of incorrect meds, wasted money on copays,supplies and meds, 2-3 appts a week, referrals, testing... all for nothing. He cost my mother inlaw 18 feet of small intestine due to septis and infectious bile. He punctured her bowel with a scapel. She had infectious bile and was septis. Almost died. Took over a a year to heal from that, along with blood infections and and more. Lost 14/5 in of intestine. Only needed 6 in to be removed.Stay away from this monster
Dr. Frank is useless. I went for a consultation for a mass that had formed after a fall. After having a CT scan done I never received a phone with the results nor a phone call from Dr. Frank stating what my treatment plan would be. When I called the office to inquire about my results I was told that he would be in contact with me which never happened. I later received a notice from his office stating that nothing could be done for me and to seek treatment from my PCP. I was so disgusted with this doctor and how he treated me... read more
