If I could give separate ratings for staff and Dr. Coorssen, I would give the staff a five star rating and Dr. Coorssen two stars. He is very rude and would not let me explain anything without cutting me off. One of the first things I noticed was his rush to get me in and out . I came in today and Jo Beth the MA treated me with the utmost respect and concern.
