5 star doctor very busy and booked. outstanding care . His office personnel in mansfield are great! The urology groups main phone appointments takes some understanding and patience.

I almost feel like the person below “ Sam Iam” took the words right out of my mouth. I have been battling a reoccurring UTI since the beginning of the year , and the headaches this office staff have caused me with their lack of calling me back , and slow communication, has caused me more pain than the infection itself . When they told me my first appointment was almost two months out I was surprised but I held fast. Then they told me my appointment was cancelled because the only doctor available needed that day off and my first appointment would be 3 months out. I just picked the wrong day, but was referred to another clinic or the ER. I think most people would agree 3 and a half months to see a doctor is unreasonable. 5 stars for the doctor but one star for the schedule staff. I f you have a concern that need a doctor's care THIS OFFICE WILL NOT HELP doesn't matter if your a life long paitent the will not Get back to you EVER.! GO TO EMERGENCY ROOM OR FIND ANOTHER UROLOGIST NOT AFFILIATED WITH THIS GROUP . Paitent portal NEVER works . Great bedside manners once with the doctor but almost impossible to get an appointment or even a call back.
