When they told me my first appointment was almost two months out I was surprised but I held fast. Then they told me my appointment was cancelled because the only doctor available needed that day off and my first appointment would be 3 months out. I just picked the wrong day, but was referred to another clinic or the ER. I think most people would agree 3 and a half months to see a doctor is unreasonable. 5 stars for the doctor but one star for the schedule staff. I f you have a concern that need a doctor's care THIS OFFICE WILL NOT HELP doesn't matter if your a life long paitent the will not Get back to you EVER.! GO TO EMERGENCY ROOM OR FIND ANOTHER UROLOGIST NOT AFFILIATED WITH THIS GROUP . Paitent portal NEVER works . Great bedside manners once with the doctor but almost impossible to get an appointment or even a call back.

Stay clear from this office. They don't call you back after several messages or calls. You say urgent and no call back. Ended up in the ER. When they call you back.it been several days and don't need them at that point.
