Having to drop this practice(Mansfield) and get far away(not because of the doctor) due to the severe incompetence and lack of communication by the staff management!! EVERY time I have had to attempt to complete forms/info on their 3rd party site it NEVER works correctly, so I try to follow up the info with the office mgr but she feels that a return phone call(s) is beneath her duties, so I have had enough, there are just too many other practices that have office folks who understand that the patient is priority and that's w... read more
Dr. Kelly is a great doctor if you may have prostate cancer. He explains everything extremely well and guides you through the cure process so you understand everything. He anticipates your questions with answers before you even ask. He's very professional. His entire office is nice. Highly recommended.
Dr Kelly is the best! He takes his time with his patients and explains everything in detail. Took very good care of my husband, and his staff is awesome. Highly recommend him!
My PCP told me they had sent a referral to Kelly. I called the office to set up an appointment. I was told they had not received the referral and I needed to go back to my PCP. If I had not asked additional questions which frustrated the first person that I talked to I would not have learned that they could very well have it but it was going to take 3 days to get set up by another department within their organization. Dr. Kelley took the time to thoroughly investigate what was causing my symptoms. Because of my enlarged prostate, I was unable to urinate while standing, and I was getting up 3–4 times every night to use the bathroom. I also could not drive more than 30 minutes without needing to stop for a restroom break. My quality of life had really declined.
