Dr. Horton is not through, he did not explain my thyroid condition or any complications I may have with it. He never addresses my symptoms either. He only spends about 3-5 mins in the room with me asking just enough questions to complete his note. The front desk staff is so dry, and un personable, it’s honestly depressing coming to this office. Good luck 🍀

Edit: A year or so later and my severe hypoglycemic episodes have only gotten more frequent and more severe. I am currently awaiting an appointment to MUSC to locate the likely insulinoma my new team of doctors have all agreed is almost assuredly what is causing my increasingly severe hypoglycemic symptoms and severely reduced quality of life over the last year. Zero stars. Abrupt, doesn't listen, doesn't seem to care just wants to push Synthroid on everyone ("Its the only thing I prescribe" - direct quote.). Told me everything I had done before was "a scam" (well ok but its been working for 6 years.......................).... More concerned about his paperwork than actually talking to me. Not going back. I wasted 3 months waiting to get in to see him. Disappointed.
