I checked in at 937 am and was number 20 in line to be seen. I waited 6 hours in the parking lot in my car before I received a call to enter the office at 345pm. Once in a room I had to wait another hour just to see the physician. Dr. Schulte was condescending, rude, and very short with me and did not allow me to explain what was going on. I was spoken to by Dr. Schulte like I was a child and was incompetent in my health care decisions. went to urgent care for a uti. Dr. Schulte seemed knowledgable and thorough and the entire staff of the urgent care was friendly and effecient.
