My husband is into his SECOND week of trying to contact Dr. Bivona. He has called the office MULTIPLE times for approximately 14 days. The office staff tells him that they will put his message on the doctor's desk. Either the staff is LYING or the doctor is guilty of NEGLECT. For reference - my husband had a recent CT of his neck- he may have a life- threatening condition. Dr. Bivona was supposed to refer my husband to a surgeon. ok doctor - terrible office staff...long wait times. made my husband wait so long that he ran out of oxygen in his tank and we had to leave. Thank heavens for the fire department
I have seen dr. Bivona for more than 20 years, never minded a little waiting but today after waiting a whole week for an appointment for a chronic pain (even mentioned when the appointment was made) I got there and they said that “there was no appointment on the system”.
