ok doctor - terrible office staff...long wait times. made my husband wait so long that he ran out of oxygen in his tank and we had to leave. Thank heavens for the fire department
I have seen dr. Bivona for more than 20 years, never minded a little waiting but today after waiting a whole week for an appointment for a chronic pain (even mentioned when the appointment was made) I got there and they said that “there was no appointment on the system”. Apparently the person who made my appointment did not put it on the schedule? It never happened before! it. Just wanted to post an update to my original review. The staff has become much better now. It’s much easier to get a refill or get a callback from Dr. The office hired a few new people to help with the additional volume. FIVE stars from me.
Dr.Bivona is good but they always make you wait an excessive amount. Not to mention I had to wait 2 months for this appointment. They are always running so late. I will have to find a new doctor sadly.
