I have been with Dr Wilson for about 10 years now. My husband was with him too until he passed in 2013 with cancer. I find the staff very friendly and helpful, I like the pleasant camaraderie of the office staff as well as Dr Wilson. Dr Wilson has always been there for me and my family. I like the way he explains answers to my problems. During the pandemic I was able to talk to Dr Wilson on the phone and get prescriptions, etc.
I have been going here for over 10 years. Dr. Wilson is amazing as well as he staff.
He is an exceptional doctor. His staff is much more personal than professional acting. However, they get the job done.
I had stayed at Dr Wilson's office for 5 very long, and dissatisfying years. In those 5 agonizing years.....not once did he listen to my chest. Not once did he listen to my heart. Not once did he check my ears, or throat. Only! With prompting from Dina did they finally do blood work! That was at the end of the 5 years. Anytime I would question my high blood pressure....he would blow it off. Pretty much anything I asked about. I was blown off. His handling of medication refills is unacceptable.
We have been going to Dr Wilson for many years now. He is a very good Doctor. Explains things well.

I would recommend Dr. Wilson to everyone but agree with the previous comment about the front staff. They are very rude, unprofessional and act as if it's their name on the door! Besides that the Dr is great and very compassionate and knowledge is 2nd to none! It's hard to find a great doctor but with an incompetent secretary staff people may pre judge the doctors ability based on their poor performance. He truly is a great man and doctor!
Dr. Wilson is very good at what he does, however with an inadequate front staff and an office manager who is always mean and gruff, this makes a bad overall experience. Also, getting medication called in promptly is a problem and I've had to go the weekend without my medication. Dr. Wilson needs to change his staff to a more friendly energetic group....not those who want to gossip all the time and to go outside and have a smoke all the time and smell like stale cigarettes....Phew!
