Per usual like many places in today’s age all about money and profit. I was recommended to this office from my Dentist. I get an evaluation and although 2 of my wisdom teeth are not out and show no signs they automatically request that all are extracted. I have only 1 tooth that’s impacted and I chose to remove what’s bothering me only as that Makes the most sense.. of course once I voice my opinion it goes dead silent, no return call, no follow up appointments nothing. If you are researching reviews to decide on an oral surgeon, you can stop here. Dr Gift is incredible. From the moment I arrived for consultation to now, only a couple days out of procedure, has been nothing but exceptional. Having a painful difficult tooth extracted is never enjoyable, however Dr. Gift and his team have made it the best case scenario. Very direct and to the point and an evening follow- up call from Dr. Gift checking on pain and reviewing post-op directions. Absolutely recommend.
The procedure itself was amazing Dr.James was great. The front desk girls are awful, they provide poor communication and awful customer service. It seems like they always have an attitude.
Great bedside manner. My son had minimal bleeding. Minimal pain, no swelling next day. Personally called in the evening to follow up. Additional follow up next day by staff. 10/10 experience.
Years ago, Dr. Gift took care of my four wisdom teeth and he was absolutely AMAZING, a miracle worker! He called to check on me multiple times over that weekend and later told me that I was an exemplary patient because I had healed so quickly. I also did not take or did not need any of my pain medication. I came online to check if he had retired and decided to leave a review in case I had not left one previously. I highly recommend Dr. Gift and his team.
