The procedure itself was amazing Dr.James was great. The front desk girls are awful, they provide poor communication and awful customer service. It seems like they always have an attitude.
Great bedside manner. My son had minimal bleeding. Minimal pain, no swelling next day. Personally called in the evening to follow up. Additional follow up next day by staff. 10/10 experience.
Years ago, Dr. Gift took care of my four wisdom teeth and he was absolutely AMAZING, a miracle worker! He called to check on me multiple times over that weekend and later told me that I was an exemplary patient because I had healed so quickly. I also did not take or did not need any of my pain medication. I came online to check if he had retired and decided to leave a review in case I had not left one previously. I highly recommend Dr. Gift and his team.
Dr. Gift and his staff are very professional and kind. Dr. Gift has been consistently good for years. He extracted a mollar 5 years ago and I didn't even feel it. No pain. Few years before, I went to see him for an evaluation of the bones in my mouth. He was very informative and quickly assesed my condition. Today, I went again for an evaluation of another problem with a different tooth. He took his time to explain the healing process and the proper care for my teeth. I trust him and highly recommend him to anyone.
Honestly having 5 teeth extracted had me super stressed but Dr James gift is truly gifted individual and his team is amazing. After the surgery i had minor pain which is totally normal but Dr James reached out to make sure everything was fine aswell as the team reached out the next day to nake sure . Through out the process i had several questions and the receptionist was very kind and patient towards me . I really am glad i found this place and this definitely 5 star ⭐
