Dr i need your help my son dying of heart failure gacmug990@gmail.com contact me thank you so much
Everyone is very friendly and very efficient. Dr Grattan is very knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate and an awesome Doctor. I highly recommend him. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
20 year heart patient. I see Dr. Grattan every six months and it is a pleasure to make visits to his office. He has seen me through 9 bypasses in two surgeries. I have great confidence in the surgeons he works with too. I will not move from the area because of Dr. Grattan and his wonderful care.
I had seen Dr Grattan years ago and was very impressed. I am a Veteran and the VA approved my going to him again today. He is very friendly, caring and takes the time to explain the situation and answer my questions. Everyone from the front desk throughout the entire process were very friendly. I highly recommend Dr Grattan and Cardiologists of Lubbock.
Not only is Dr. Grattan an excellent physician with a caring manner, his office staff is the best. Each person is friendly, efficient and very courteous.
I was forgotten in closed door exam room for 3 hours. No one came to check on me or see why door was closed. Thirsty and walls closing in, I finally opended the door near closing time and politely asked why have I had to wait 3 hours. Lady did not know but said she would check. Apparently my chart was paperclipped to someone else's and was filed away for processing. While mistakes happen, why did neither staff nor doctor inquire to my status? Dr. apologized. Don't wait past 1 hour before asking.
When I visited his office I felt he was in a hurry and did not fully explain my heart condition to me. I left confused. I tried to call his office for clarification, but they didn't return voice mails or answer the phone. Thankfully I was urged by friends to get a second opinion at Covenant. The two Cardiologists had different courses of action. I may well be alive today because I took the time and effort to get another opinion. I can not recommend Dr. Grattan or Cardiologists of Lubboc
