Dr. Bingham is a kind, well-informed physician who will take the time to listen carefully, ask clarifying questions to make sure he understands what you are trying to explain, and will work with you to identify your problems and treat them. It was easy to get scheduled with him, my last appointment was only the next day from when I called to see him. Sometimes I get in the same day! I was a patient of Drs. Jamie and Harry. Both excellent doctors and human beings. I have been going to them for my health care since 1978, before Dr. Jamie came into the practice. I have nothing but praise for both of these men. You were more than a copay or number to them, you were their neighbor, friend, fellow church member and patient. Dr. Bingham is a strait forward, no nonsense doctor. I like this very much. He is also very personable, and professional .
With the Christ hospital transition, there has been a drastic change as to the way patients are being handled. The staff has become people friendly and wants to please you as a patient. I'm thrilled with the change and look forward to continuing being a patient. The office receives many different calls and personality types requiring special skills. I think they do an awesome job.
The physician seems distracted. He was going to give me a prescription but forgot. He was on the phone 3 times while I was present. He is very nice just overworked. The staff are not very helpful. It took 4 calls to get an appointment. I was on hold and forgotten. I got a perturbed and refused to be put on hold again. The woman was snippy and somewhat rude. I had to wait forever. Office unorganized

I rate Dr. Bingham as the Number 1 Internalist in Cincinnat. I have been a patient of his for many years and have always found his diagnosis to be accurate. He always seems concerned and is a good support during times when emergency care is required.
