The physician seems distracted. He was going to give me a prescription but forgot. He was on the phone 3 times while I was present. He is very nice just overworked. The staff are not very helpful. It took 4 calls to get an appointment. I was on hold and forgotten. I got a perturbed and refused to be put on hold again. The woman was snippy and somewhat rude. I had to wait forever. Office unorganized

I rate Dr. Bingham as the Number 1 Internalist in Cincinnat. I have been a patient of his for many years and have always found his diagnosis to be accurate. He always seems concerned and is a good support during times when emergency care is required.
I called for an appt. on Wednesday and got in that afternoon which was great. I didn't wait long. The staff had to copy my ID and insurance card and they were prompt as well. Good dr. good staff.
The doctor was easily available for questions. He has called me back many times. Very helpful with with family health issues. Office staff very professional. They get the job done.
I was very sick, the doctor took his time, seemed concerned to find out what my ailness was. He asked many questions, multiple times, probably to get consistant answers, which I thought was resourceful. I was diagnosed, treated by a specialist, and am better now.
I found Dr. Bingham to be competent and reasonably helpful. I think he would be a good doctor if you know what your illness is and need someone to help you treat it. If you have an illness that is more mysterious, I have not found him to be very investigative, so I would recommend looking for someone more inquisitive.
