So i just called my doctor in west liberty doctor Fredricks up by the hospital. First thing they say after I tell them I messed up and hurt my back again was oh we dont write pain pills!?! I didnt ask for pain pills I asked to see a doctor so I can schedule tests and therapy but they just assume u want pills like im faking being hurt!?!? Why does Dr Frederick's office have a telephone if they don't want to answer it? Or, in the off-chance they do answer after you've called multiple times over a few days, desperately needing to see your family Dr, you just get the waiting line merry go round until they realize you're not giving up. Has been my Dr since I was a small child. He's a wonderful family Dr who cares about the health of his patients.
