I made an appt for my dad on July 8, 2022 to discuss surgery on removing lung cancer. The first available appt was Aug 10, 2022. They called my dad on Aug 9, 2022 to inform him they do not accept his insurance. That's a month lost on him getting treatment to get better. No concern or compassion from the staff at all. My dad specifically chose Dr. Norcross because he had done surgery on him before. Very disappointed in how thing's were handled.

My sister had a stroke during her heart surgery but for some reason they didnt catch it till days later….she has lost her short term memory and isn’t the same and never will be after a year and half now!!! Was told had he caught it sooner my sister wouldnt have ended up as bad!!! I miss my sister so much….it has been very difficult for my family!!
Dr. NORCROSS typifies what is the best in terms of heart surgery. Don't waste your time looking for a better surgeon. He gave me a new lease on life, and justifies it my saying it's his job. BS. He's the best. Regards, Shawn Long
