I received a bill on April 26, 2023 for a dental service rendered back in Jan. 2022. I was told when I called that the previous billing accountant hadn't been informing patients of outstanding balances. The office manager and new billing accountant admitted the oversight was with many patients and they now want us to pay the bill. Normally I don't write reviews but I have to for the BrightSide Dental office on Canton Center Rd (In Canton). I hope more people understand how outstanding a dentist Dr. Mohammed Sobh is! I have had two dental implants over the past 3 years. It is a pretty invasive procedure. Each time Dr. Sobh worked on me I didn't even feel a thing (and even if I did here and there it would have been okay as it is surgery lol). Please save your money. I am a very informed person who came here for a 2nd opinion on my daughters dental needs. The dentist was only concerned about extracting wisdom teeth that haven’t even broke the surface and thankfully I already knew that they weren’t posing any space or cramming issues. She needs a jaw surgery where the plan would be to extract those teeth anyways. He NEVER mentioned her actual misplaced jaw or the fact that she needs to see an orthodontist.
