What made this experience not comfortable was the fact that after he checked my son, without letting me know what the results were, he asked me if one of his students could come and see my son. I said yes, but without again telling me nothing, he started talking with the student back and fourth for the case they were seeing. We had our initial appointment with my son today. The entire staff was fabulous!! Everyone was so kind and explained everything step by step and then the doctor came in and had us laughing the entire time!! He’s definitely our go to doctor for our kids and I highly recommend Dr. McDonnell!!!
After years old dealing with a lazy eye, Dr. McDonnell, gave to me hope and reassurance of a successful outcome. His patient care and professionalism was amazing and I truly appreciate it.
