I don't know why there was such a negative review here about Rancho Physical Therapy, because I really like the place. Their staff is very professional and caring and they do a great job on my physical therapy. I really get a work out in there and I feel like I'm getting more fit as a result of it. My injured arm and shoulder are slowly getting stronger with less pain in them. Very professional staff and state of the art equipment. Best facility in the high desert.They are a busy clinic because everyone wants to go there.
Not coming back, even after giving them 3 chances on 3 separate occasions to correct their mistakes. This office runs by the cattle system, front office staff does not communicate with therapists and so you are left waiting past your appointment time and the therapists cutting your session time. Brenda the office manager kept assuring that they will improve, but she even dropped the ball. I feel blessed beyond belief to have finally been referred to him after years of bad dentists, bad work & really bad teeth. This man is an artist! He creates the most beautiful smiles.
