Always a two min appointment and over an hour wait.
Dr Kelly did my hand surgery, a few years back, without even meeting me. My index finger had to have a joint replacement. I had an accident that completely rotated my knuckle and the bones inside were all twisted different ways. His assistant told me he could definitely fix it. He did replace the joint but didn’t set the bones. After extensive physical therapy, I still cannot bend that finger at all and can actually show people how twisted and lose the bones in that finger are. Can't rate Dr Kelly, I was never taken back to see him. I arrived at 3:15, checked in for my 3:45 appointment and waited....waited and then waited some more. I had other obligations, so I had to leave 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment. With only two doctors in the office, at least 4 people already taken back and 5 more in the waiting room ahead of me, being that it was already 4:20 I followed the lead of the women a few minutes before me and left without ever seeing the doctor.
