My son is 19 now, we went to visit Dr. Baumgartner for a Doc band when my son was about 10 months old. When you go to a pediatric doctor they ask you about your babies birth history. I told the Dr. that my baby would only roll one way. I had seen over 9-10 doctors for various services, this includes our PCP. Dr. B. was the only doctor who really listened to me. He ordered a scan that day and for the first time I had the answers. My family was able to quickly put a plan in place to improve my sons quality of life. Dr. B., he ... read more

This clinic is anything but a pain management clinic. The NP was nice, but if you want compassion, empathy, solutions (other than multiple injections which are dangerous, much more so than a simple pain reliever), do not come here. Instead of asking about my condition and coming up with a treatment plan, it was all about contracts, rules, laws, and what they won't do. It is out of control. Plus, I never saw the actual doctor. GOOD LUCK.

Absolutely horrible! Speaking for the willowbrook location, extremely rude receptionists, customer service on the phone and the wait was ridiculous the 3x we went. We waited 1-2 hours each time. Arrived 13 min late for an appointment and was turned away and told they couldn’t see my mother bc she needed to be there for her appointment time, right on the dot. Also the 2x my mom was sent to the surgery facility for a pain injection, she was injected in the wrong place. He never confirmed with her prior to injection where her p... read more
