I went to the doctor with some minor discomfort in my chest he ordered a EKG I really didn't think nothing of it Dr Wagner looked over the test and suggested me to go to the emergency where they they did see anything wrong on their EKG but after a blood test it's confirmed I had a heart attack thanks to the kean eye and his experience I'm here today thank you Dr Wagner
There was so much confusion in scheduling! They initially scheduled me as an exiting patient, I got my appointment but when I wanted to reschedule they suddenly realized that I would be considered as a new patient(as I haven’t visited in the past 3 years). The scheduler, instead of helping me out MADE SURE TO NOT schedule me anymore! This is absolutely ridiculous! The service was so rude!
This office is awful. Samantha P. put information in my notes that was not true and never discussed. This is not ethical or safe. If Samantha struggles to remember and accurately notate patient information between each patient and still falsely documents people’s records, there is a risk to patient safety. She is the most unprofessional healthcare worker we’ve ever experienced.
I had my 1st appt yesterday. Everyone is super nice. What a great place!
Very friendly staff. Very clean office. My husband is a new patient and the staff made him feel right at home.
