When Dr. Saffa is not available - do NOT use his nurse practitioner. I recently visited her. She indicated that "she had never seen anything like this before" and yet went ahead and prescribed an ankle brace and exercises that made the ankle significantly worse. I discontinued her advice after 5 hours of increasing pain. When I called the office to report the matter, I was told that she handled this properly. very dissatisfied with her.
