They denied my son his 30 month check-up, claimed there was no such thing and obviously didn't even bother to look it up. I called KanCare and 30 month well child checks are a requirement for children. They said providers can very easily look it up on the KMAP website under the provider's handbook and if they had questions they should have called KanCare, that no one should be turned away even if there wasn't a Well Child check, they could have easily billed it as just a standard check-up.
