Dr luecke is a good doctor, his staff is terrible, the older lady is absolute trash at her job, I told her my issues and she blew them off, which of now I go somewhere else and they actually look into the problem, again there staff is terrible
Dr. Luecke is caring but very difficult to reach. His clinic is only open 4 days a week and he is closed for 2 hours in the middle of the day. His receptionist does nothing to facilitate care; she is awful. I needed an order faxed to a gastroenterologist to help coordinate timing with other med appointments in San Antonio and don’t understand why I must wait 5 days for that to be written and faxed. She also does not return calls- had a mammogram that required follow-up but the imaging center sent the pics to the wrong doctor... read more
I was treated with kindness and understanding like I’ve never seen at a Doctors ClInic. I feel great.
