Disappointed in service rendered to a family member in Riverview Medical Center. Took an extended amount of time to initially see a patient with pain that was 8/10 still and 10/10 when assessed. Only an X-ray was done and discharged home for severe lumbar pain and when asked about a CT scan the family and patient were blown off. Discharge instructions stated to call and be seen if any of the following occurred. Fast forward two days and a different ER visit... CT scan done... three fractures
