Worst inhumaine clinic. Even the vet treats my dogs better. Leaves you to rot in the waiting room for hours.
I understand that the office may be experiencing a high volume of calls, but I’ve found it extremely difficult to get through after missing a call for an appointment. Despite multiple attempts to contact the office, I am still waiting for a callback to rebook, which has been quite frustrating. It’s disappointing because I’ve heard such great things about your work, but the lack of responsiveness at the front desk is making it challenging to proceed. I've had significant difficulty trying to cancel my appointment with this dermatology clinic. Over two days, I attempted to call multiple (10) times but was unable to reach anyone or leave a voicemail, as their mailbox was full. Despite my efforts, I still haven't been able to successfully cancel my appointment. Their cancellation system clearly needs improvement.
