Received fast appointment and great service. Good analysis of what I needed.
Everyone was friendly. I was late because of traffic but they were able to get me in. They were very informative with every step of the extraction process. I can’t believe I’m saying this but it was a very pleasant trip to the dentist. Will be using them for any future dental work in the future.
I broke a tooth today, and called my dentist. They said they couldn’t see me, and I would need to start calling them in the morning and hopefully get in that way. That was my decision to switch to Pitts office. I called and the sweet receptionist, Jesse, told me to come on in. I am so thankful for their caring staff!!
I don't mind so much going to the dentist thanks to Dr Pitts and his staff. I actually fell asleep while my teeth were being cleaned. Everyone is so nice and funny, you can always hear laughter which is a good thing in my book happy employees.
