Awful. They called in an old script refill instead of the new dosage which lead to serious side effects. Their incompetent billing department didn't submit the claim for my physical correctly in 2024. After a couple bills that I presumed covered seeing as it was a physical and I was insured, no communication with me on the matter for well over a year.
