Did not like the guy. Very innattentive and cavalier about your problems. Showed up late for surgery and only did half of what he was supposed to do to solve my problem. Wanted to do the rest later. Gotta get paid twice you see.
Terrible experience with this doctor and his staff. Dr. Ku was smug and dismissive about my condition and basically told me there is nothing wrong with me even though I have had 5 weeks of painful urination and 4 rounds of antibiotics. I have a history of kidney stones and infections and feel like he did not listen to any of my concerns. Staff tried to tell me that was normal. I'm seeing someone else in 2 weeks.
Avoid this doctor at all costs. I was referred by my PCP for a kidney stone which I wanted to have removed. Dr. Ku didn't seem to listen to the symptoms I described, nor to the what tests revealed. He decided that my pain was caused by an infection and not by a stone that was palpable at the end of the urethra and which a CAT scan subsequently confirmed. He put me on an antibiotic and told me the stone was not in the urethra and would not pass on its own, but would need to be surgically removed. My own PCP was totally perple... read more
Dr. Ku is nice and attentive. But his nurse at his private practice is unprofessional and unfriendly.
OFfices and exam rooms were tired; ADMIN Staff less than outstanding
