Office manager has no clue what’s going on, ran me dry on insulin and offered no assistance. Once I explained I NEEDED it, they had to have me give them all of my prescription names and dosages because they obviously don’t have that information for some reason(WHAT???). Even then once the emergency prescription was “filled” the pharmacy wouldn’t release it for me because they failed to note what my dosages were and just tried to call in the order without that key information. Glad my Son Lucus referred me to Dr. Campau. Seen by Andrew Willson, PA and very professional. Made sure to evaluate my condition, which I had many pre-existing issues, plus had COVID-19 over a year ago still on oxygen support. So, Andrew was told to order test to be done (that my other Doctor did not even bother doing). Dr. Campau was the first doctor that actually looked at my file and x-Ray's, and history BEFORE coming in to see me! I've seen 3 nurse practices as well and they are fabulous as well!
