He diagnosed me with adhesive capulitis, recieved a injection in right shoulder without consoling my cardiologist. He prescribed physical therapy and said this is a very painful condition. After 2 months of pt,moseley refused to refill pain medication without seeing me. I'm 66 years old and I have difficulty wiping my butt,difficulty in getting dressed, difficulty in sleeping, difficulty in preparing meals. This has affected my mental health so much that I am contemplating ending my life
