For some time I had been favoring my right foot because of discomfort in my toes. I had never been to a podiatrist before and had no idea what to expect. I chose Dr. Baldwin after reading excellent reviews of him. From the start he was personable and professional. His assistant, Karen, was also very helpful. Dr. Eng was very insightful and helpful. His advice (along with an affordable orthotic insert) is helping my foot pain. Dr. Eng successfully treated my husband for foot pain about a year ago. He is highly knowledgeable and really listened!
Dr. Baldwin is wonderful! He spent a lot of time with me and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend him to everyone.
Dr. Baldwin is the best podiatrist!!!!! He is a podiatrist that truly cares for his patients. It’s very evident that he makes his decision for treatment based off of patient’s best interest. He gave me some wonderful treatment options that I had never been introduced to before. He is also incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose my foot and toe condition accurately when no one else could! I had seen several other podiatrists that either couldn’t figure it out or misdiagnosed me.
Dr. Eng was quite nice and very helpful. The problem I have had is getting through to someone in the Shoe office to order shoes. I found the phone system to be unsatisfactory as it takes way too long to reach the person you are calling. In my first attempt, I was told the person responsible for ordering shoes was not in the office. In my second effort, I was told that this individual would contact me as soon as she received paperwork. Eleven (11) days later, I'm still trying to talk to her!
I absolutely love going to Dr. Eng. I have been going to him off and on for 12 years and have even referred him to friends and family. He is straight forward and does not sugar coat anything which I feel is a positive in a doctor. His staff are always pleasant as well. There is usually a wait time but he spends time with ALL of his patients and makes sure that they completely understand exactly what is going in with their conditions. It is defiantly worth the wait.
Dr Baldwin and his staff are amazing! My mom can be a difficult patient but she really likes him and his staff. They have been patient and very accommodating to her! I thank them and recommend them very highly!!!
My brother went there because I recommended him. He ended up having surgery done on his foot ( amputated 2 toes. ) Dr Baldwin never came out to talk to the family after the surgery. When my brother went into surgery it was suppose to be just one toe, since he had to remove a second toe, I would think it would be more important for him to come out and talk to the family. When question by my brother later he really didn't have an answer. Now a home health nurse was scheduled to with wrong info
Doesn't seem to care at all. Will definitely go to another doctor next time.
