Unethical practices! From the time I gave my insurance information they KNEW they did not accept it, however, they proceeded to charge me a co-pay knowing they my insurance would would never cover it only to randomly charge my account 2 months later for $500! They didn’t send a letter or call to advise. Then sent 1 email which went to my junk mail stating that they’ll be charges me 7 days later!
