I was referred to Dr. Wilson due to concerns I was having with my memory. Since my mother had dementia, I was worried that I might be experiencing similar issues. After a pulmonary test, Dr. Wilson arranged for me to have an MRI, and based on those results, he scheduled a PET scan. The PET scan revealed the presence of amyloid plaque, and he prescribed a medication to help manage this condition. He also recommended a facility in Augusta that offers infusion therapy specific to my diagnosis. Although his office was persistent... read more

Dr. Wilson charged for reading my eeg that was ordered to be done at Navicent in Milledgeville and didn’t share the results with my neurologist in Athens. I then had to get another eeg so he wasn’t paid. I tried to reconcile by offering to pay my balance if he would take me and my daughter on as patients. Connie was extremely rude and not willing to reconcile.

I was a patient of Dr. Wilson’s about ten years ago until I relocated to another state. After coming back home, I needed a neurologist here and I naturally went back to Dr. Wilson! He has always been very patient, understanding, and actually listens to your concerns. He will take the time with you during every appointment and I have never felt misguided by him. His office staff has change since I’ve re-established care and I have nothing but great things to say about them! Connie is always greeting me with a smiling face and... read more
