I don’t remember a thing, thank goodness! I don’t like my instructions being sent through the app. I don’t have a computer so there was no way to print them out. I only had my phone and about went blind trying to read the instructions. There were things I didn’t see and it delayed my procedure. I wasn’t happy about that! Older people need printed copies and if you can’t send those out then maybe you should consider not scheduling procedures for older people
I needed a rather quick scheduling of a colonoscopy and G.I. Associates in Flowood were able to schedule me promptly! My former physician had retired after my last procedure so I had asked for recommendations from friends and associates that had used this group. In a practically unanimous suggestion Dr James Underwood was recommended! I found him to be very knowledgeable, informative, professional and he had a good bedside manner. Now after my procedure I can highly recommend him as well!
