You would think if you go into a career of people dealing with severe pain everyday you would be a little empathetic, but you will not find that here. He seemed almost like I was inconveniencing him when I wanted to explain how hard it has been for me. From the second he walked in the room he was super rushed, acted like he wanted to get the appointment over with as quickly as possible. Zero bedside manner. Dr. Scowcroft, I believe is a very professional, patient and concerned doctor. He listened and has done everything he can for me in this difficult time for me.
Very professional and concerned
My experience was good. Not real sure about the lady at the front desk on the exam side. She seemed a little “snarky” most of the time. Hard to tell whether it’s just her normal demeanor or she’s got an issue with me. On the clinical side, the staff were all great.
