I had an oral biopsy done by Dr Pell. I felt little to no pain. That was the one and only positive I can say about him. When I returned for my biopsy results I waited forty-five minutes and he literally spent approximately one minute with me. I had many questions and concerns about the results of my biopsy and he dismissed me and said the girls will give me a sheet on my diagnosis. I did not receive that sheet. I followed him into his office to ask a few questions because I was so irritated that he made me feel like I was an... read more

I went to Dr. Pell for a molar extraction. The prior dentist, not oral surgeon, performed a root canal when he was supposed to fill my molar. He broke through my root and I was in pain. Dr. Pell extracted my molar. Then I had pain from a small bump. He said give it a week. A week later, I told him that the tiny bump hurt more...not terrible though, and I shouldn't have bothered, but I wondered if he could safely remove the tiny bump. Instead, his assistant gave me a form to fill in. I didn't know what the procedure was, and ... read more

This doctor is nice, but can not deliver the desired result. He and his office do not have respect for patients' time. The wait time is terriblely long, and the poor communication resulted in unnecessary repeated visits.

The Alexandria office was very dirty, Dr. Pell was running behind on time, and the front office staff was very rude! Will never go back and will never refer anyone....

I absolutely love Dr Daniel Morgan who works with Dr Pell's practice. He did a great painless job in an implant for me but what impressed me the most is that whEN i asked him "I know you have customers waiting but can you check the other tooth since I am in pain?" He answered, "first and foremost you are my patient, not my customer..." and he did check for me. Couldn't beleieve it since doctors nowadays are merchants. He is really great, too bad the desk staff (blond chubby one) are so rude.

I had a great experience with Dr. Pell. He took his time and was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs to see an oral surgeon!

Front staff is really loud when discussing peoples Issues. I know more about the office drama than they know about professionalism. They are curt and don't treat anyone like they matter. Dr Pell is rarely available even when he requests the follow up. He is short with patients and his staff when he does finally show up after leaving me sitting in the room for over 30 minutes staring at a wall. There Is a feeling of superiority here concerning the staffs attitude toward patients, but they take insurance. Good luck!

I had an unpleasant experience with Dr. Pell. He didn't seem to take my medical concerns seriously and couldn't be bothered to follow up with my insurance company on some claim issues after multiple calls from me. I just didn't feel he gave me the attention I needed as a patient.
