We were charged for a cleaning and did not get one. As a result, I now get to go back at no cost for a cleaning that should have been done correctly the first time. I don't do well with dishonesty.
Dr. McConnell and his team are knowledgeable, thorough, and truly caring. Visits are always a pleasure and I highly recommend them!
Dr. McConnell is wonderful with his patients and stops periodically throughout his procedures to check and make sure you're doing ok. I have always had great experiences with teeth cleanings etc and genuinely enjoy going to the dentist here.
I've been going to Dr. McConnell's Dentistry my entire life. Best dentist in Northeastern Indiana. I would highly recommend him.
