This is the most disorganized place. Staff does not even know that patients are waiting to be seen. I had accidentally injured my eardrum perforated. I had appointment at 3:30. I had to take a day off. I arrived at 3:10 and finished the paperwork and was told to take a seat and my name will be called. At around 3:45 I went up to the counter and asked them when will i be called. They went inside and came back and said the doctor had to leave on an Emergency. I'm not sure how to rate this doctor. Dr. Fernandez requested an CT of my Neck and Chest. The report came back with detailed information of a tumor consistent with carcinoma on or around my vocal cords and recommended an MRI but he took another look at me with the scope , after he read that, and said he didn't see anything and "I'll see you in 6 mos". So, somebody is making a big mistake but I don't know who.

Love him! He was wonderful when he took my tonsils out years ago and was so great with my 11 month when he put the tubes in his ears. Immediate relief! The staff was so friendly in his office and unlike most doctors my wait was minimal. So happy we went back to him!
